London Bay Homes has opened a new office in Sarasota.

The luxury home builder said it needed more space to support its growth in Southwest Florida. It builds near downtown Sarasota, on Bird Key and Siesta Key, at The Founders Club and within The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch.
Six employees now work at the office in the Gateway Professional Center, 401 N. Cattlemen Road, according to John Gleeson, vice president of London Bay Homes.
The Naples-based company has been building estate and villa homes in Sarasota since 2008.
“We outgrew our previous office space,” Gleeson said. “This new office provides both room to grow as well as a centralized location at Fruitville and North Cattlemen roads to serve clients.”
